We currently ship globally and shipping times can take up to 21 business days depending on the item and your location but we are always available through our contact page. If you have any questions please reach out and we will respond promptly.

Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 48-72 hours to process it for delivery. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

    How do I check the status of my order?

    When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48-72 hours for the tracking information to become available.

    If you haven't received a shipping confirmation email with your tracking info within 3 days then feel free to get in touch.

    Refunds, returns, and exchanges

    We accept returns up to 30 days after purchase if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
